We are seeking a talented and dedicated Support Engineer to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to help customers solve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues reported by customers
- Provide technical support to customers via remote desktop tools, phone, and email
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as FAQ, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 customer support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to work in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 customer support
