We are seeking a talented and dedicated Support Engineer to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to help customers solve complex technical issues.


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues reported by customers
  • Provide technical support to customers via remote desktop tools, phone, and email
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as FAQ, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 customer support


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to work in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 customer support
