Position Overview: The Senior Executive, Supply Chain Management, is a vital role within the Supply Chain Department of BRB Hospitals Limited. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of the hospital’s supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Source and select vendors for various supplies, equipment, and services following the hospital’s procurement policies.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement through a comparative statement (CS).
• Prepare and process purchase orders for approved requisitions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
• Manage the distribution of supplies to various departments within the hospital.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor the quality of procured goods and services to ensure they meet the hospital’s standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8-10 years in supply chain management, procurement, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
