BRB Hospitals Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our Engineering & Maintenance Department. As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring a visually appealing and well-maintained environment within our hospital premises.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces Wall, Ceiling of the building, and Board Portion for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Mix and match colors and ensure color consistency
• Protect surfaces from paint and other materials during the painting process
• Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to prevent paint splatters
• Follow established safety guidelines and use proper techniques to ensure a safe working environment
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other staff members and departments to coordinate painting projects
• Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project

Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 05 (Five) years of relevant experience as a Painter
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting interior and exterior surfaces
• Knowledge of different paint types, colors, and application techniques
• Familiarity with safety procedures and precautions related to painting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proper handling and maintenance of painting tools and equipment
